Buying a Carepod

You can buy a Carepod outright, gaining full ownership of it and complete freedom to do with it as you wish if no-longer required in the future, subject to your local Planning situation. As a relocatable building, your Carepod can be moved, re-sold or re-purposed as a home-office, B&B/holiday let, teen-pad, man-cave, gym, studio, or sub-let to tenants – your choice.

Financing a Carepod

For ease of access and flexibility, there are attractive fixed-term finance alternatives, making Carepods accessible with much less of an initial outlay. This may be an attractive route to take whilst awaiting sale of a property, to preserve savings and assets, or to provide shorter-term accommodation due to other circumstances.
